Sheppard Hale & Associates
For nearly 15 years, Sheppard Hale has been the exception rather than
the rule among developers. We take pride in doing the right things to benefit
our communities and our resident’s quality of life.
Responsible Development - Sheppard Hale adheres strictly
to all environmental guidelines and regulations. We work with archaeological
and historic experts to ensure the preservation of heritage and culture and
do not believe in "overbuilding".
We work with the community - We work with the people
who will live and benefit locally. We use local area builders, architects,
contractors and engineers. Sheppard Hale wants to support local economies
and be a part of the community long after the last building is finished.
We take pride in what we do - We won't build anything
we wouldn't live in ourselves. Successful projects in over 190 national and international
locations is our proof.

National Association of Home Builders
The National Association of
Home Builders serves as the voice of the housing industry. NAHB represents
more than 225,000 members involved in home building, remodeling, multifamily
construction, property management, subcontracting, design, housing finance,
building product manufacturing and other aspects of residential and light
commercial construction. NAHB's members construct about 80% of the nation's
housing - forming a major engine of our nation's economic activity.
Urban
Land Institute
The Urban Land Institute (ULI) is a nonprofit educational
and research institute supported by its members. ULI provides responsible
leadership in the use of land to enhance the total environment. The Urban
Land Institute sponsors educational programs and forums to encourage an open
exchange of ideas and sharing experiences; initiates research that anticipates
emerging land use trends and issues and proposes creative solutions based
on that research; provides advisory services; and publishes a wide variety
of materials to disseminate information on land use and development.
Ducks
Unlimited
Ducks Unlimited conserves, restores and manages wetlands and associated
habitats for North America's waterfowl. These habitats also benefit other
wildlife and people.
